Inside Sales Representative We are looking for motivated individuals to join our inside sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative , you will generate new leads through outbound activities and set appointments for Outside Sales Representatives and Franchise Owners.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Use internet resources to generate new leads for route-based territories.
• Partner with Outside Sales Representatives and Franchise Owners to identify business contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline.
• Foster business growth with high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Create a strong first impression with prospects via phone, building value in our brand.
• Manage leads within CRM throughout the sales cycle with accuracy and consistency.
• Set appropriate expectations with prospects using correct call flow and resources. Preferred Experience:
• 1-3 years of outbound business development (B2B preferred)
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Previous CRM experience (ZOHO CRM preferred)
• Ability to work well in a professional team environment
• Proven track record in phone prospecting for new business Desired Attributes:

• Strong communication skills, including email and phone etiquette
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively This is an "in-office" role with a requirement to be present in the office to complete your work duties.
