If you 're ready to accelerate your career with a team that values your skills and rewards your performance, apply today and join Illinois ' top volume Ford dealership! * We Offer: * Industry-leading Pay Plan: Earn $60,000 - $120,000+ annually, with uncapped commission plus bonuses and incentives after 90 days * 4-Day Work Week : Sunday off plus two weekdays (excluding Saturday) * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * Paid time off and sick leave * Employee discounts on vehicles, products, and services * Paid training * Supportive, team-oriented work environment * Responsibilities - Product Specialist: * Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding each customer's vehicle needs through thoughtful questions and active listening * Demonstrate features and conduct test drives on new and used vehicles * Ensure customers fully understand vehicle features, warranty coverage, and paperwork during vehicle delivery to build lasting loyalty * Maintain proactive follow-up with owners to drive repeat and referral business * Stay current on new Ford products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers * Set and pursue personal income goals in line with dealership standards of productivity * Report regularly to the General Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses * Review and refine daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to optimize time management and sales effectiveness * Master automotive terminology and keep pace with technological advances in Ford vehicles * Qualifications/Requirements - Product Specialist: * Prior dealership experience or automotive sales background preferred, but not required * Proven ability in meeting or exceeding sales targets * Take all factory tests and become a certified salesperson * Ability to effectively manage time and follow up with leads consistently * Exceptional communication and customer service skills in English; bilingual Spanish, Polish, or Ukrainian a HUGE PLUS * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and demeanor * Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales * Good computer skills and comfort using CRM systems * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and insurability by our insurance carrier * Upload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration! * Must pass pre-employment screening * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident We are an Equal Opportunity Employer _.
