Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on leads provided by the sales team, convert prospects into long-term clients, and achieve sales quotas. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their security needs and offer tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth in target markets. Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations, craft customized proposals, and negotiate contracts that align with client needs and company goals. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position Secure Guard Security Services as the provider of choice. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and client services, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with security industry sales experience. Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
