Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
• Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or direct sales environments.
• Strong background in territory management and business development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Experience conducting product demos is advantageous but not required.
