Duties * Build and nurture strong relationships with industry partners and referral sources * Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence * Represent Marble Builders at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions * Maintain CRM, track sales activities, and manage email campaigns * Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities * Make occasional cold calls and conduct in-person client meetings Experience * 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in restoration/rebuild industry is a plus) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail * A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to top-tier service * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems * Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career in business development, we encourage you to apply!
