Job Title: B2B Telemarketing - Construction Products Location: Oakland Park, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Compensation: $24.04/hour + performance bonuses Benefits: Full benefits package (health, dental, 401k, paid time off) About Us: Our company has been serving the construction industry since 1965 , providing high-quality tangible products to businesses nationwide. We are seeking experienced B2B telemarketing professionals to join our team and sell directly to business owners through structured outbound cold calling. Position Summary: As a B2B Telemarketing Representative, you will generate sales by reaching out to construction businesses, presenting products professionally, handling objections, closing sales, and servicing the accounts you open. This role is ideal for results-driven professionals who excel in outbound prospecting and long-term client relationships.
