Job Title: B2B Telemarketing - Construction Products Location: Oakland Park, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation

Position Summary

: As a B2B Telemarketing Representative, you will generate sales by reaching out to construction businesses, presenting products professionally, handling objections, closing sales, and servicing the accounts you open. This role is ideal for results-driven professionals who excel in outbound prospecting and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers in the construction industry
• Present and explain tangible products professionally
• Handle objections and close sales over the phone
• Service and maintain the accounts you open
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM

Requirements

:

• Proven B2B cold-calling and sales experience
• Strong objection-handling and call control skills
• Professional, reliable, and results-driven
• Construction or industrial sales experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
