As a team, we're committed to delivering an excellent experience and growing our member base to help more people on their wellness journey. * Perks & Pay: * Initial training base pay of $13 per hour - plus bonus and commissions each pay period * Accrued Paid Time Off * Sick Time * In-depth product and service training * A free monthly one hour massage, stretch, or facial * 15 to 40% off all retail products * Qualified Candidate Criteria: * Previous sales experience - one year minimum * Previous experience working in a spa or service industry - preferred * Previous experience with Meevo - preferred * Strong work ethic * Professional appearance and attitude * Understands healthcare privacy and decorum * Proactive and takes initiative in their sales role * Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills * Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and members * Can engage in conversation with everyone they meet * Feel confident in their ability to sell memberships and services to our clientele * Goal oriented and strive to meet personal sales goals * Can stand most of the day and are comfortable being busy * Day-to-Day: * Provide outstanding customer service, building client rapport, and help everyone feel valued and understood * Promotes, and stands behind, the value of "Total Body Care" by educating clients on new and expanded services * Selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program to every guest * Booking clients for future services and discussing additional enhancements and add-on services available based on guest need * Encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and guest need * Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions * Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach * Always ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility * Culture & Support: * Trained leadership that is invested in your success * Continued training and role playing to assist in meeting your sales goals * A caring community that strives to celebrate individuality and share knowledge * Weekly one on ones with management to improve your performance * Annual Company Event * Community Outreach Opportunities It's not an easy job, but it is a rewarding job that allows you to have some control in your pay with your sales performance.
