• A Product Specialist must have a pleasant personality, be a creative thinker, stable under pressure, a problem solver and flexibility to work as required. Must be service oriented, have superb communication skills and always maintain a professional image through appearance and dress. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers
• Show enthusiasm with the customer. When necessary, handle several customers at once
• Pursue all avenues to generate sales leads
• Follow up with customers via telephone and/or email when appropriate
• Assist customers with buying decisions
• Be aggressive with closing the deal
• Know your product and it's competition
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units.Feature benefit your product to maximize profitability
• Write deals to present to sales manager
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients.Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals
• Set and achieve personal weekly/monthly and annual sales goals QUALIFICATIONS:
