About the Role: This role is all about making things happen. You'll play a critical role in two key areas: 1. Project Management Support - You'll work closely with our five division heads, ensuring every project is planned, tracked, and executed flawlessly. Your job is to keep things moving, making sure no detail falls through the cracks. 2. Sales Process Management - You'll own and drive the sales process, from lead tracking to proposal follow-ups, ensuring potential clients move smoothly through the pipeline. The division heads will serve as subject matter experts, while you handle the strategy, follow-ups, and deal-closing. What You'll Be Doing: Project Coordination - Support division heads by tracking permits, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Sales Process Management - Own the entire sales pipeline, ensuring prospects don't slip through the cracks. Follow-Up Mastery - Stay relentless with follow-ups, making sure every lead and client is engaged and moving forward. Closing Deals - You love sales and are obsessed with driving conversions while making the process seamless. Detail Perfection - You ensure every communication, contract, and project update is accurate and timely.
