Our dedicated team works closely with legal representatives to provide a seamless and hassle-free funding experience. Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join Justice Bridge Capital. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business development background, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue growth. As an Account Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers. An ideal candidate will have a mix of legal and financial services experience. The candidate must reside in New York City, NY, and be able to travel within the state and the tri-state area. The starting base salary is $65,000 plus commission, depending on experience. Duties * Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and introduce our services. * Develop and execute strategic plans for business development to achieve sales targets. * Build strong relationships with law firms and attorneys through networking, conferences, and client visits. * Educate law firms and attorneys about the benefits of litigation funding and how it can help them maximize their returns. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and leadership skills. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress. * Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the funding process. * Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure effective deal progression. * Prepare and present reports on business development activities and results. * Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or business development and expertise in pre-settlement funding are required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. * Leadership qualities that inspire trust and motivate team members. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of initiative. * A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends. * Must have reliable transportation to travel within specified territory.
