Job Summary

: As a Field & Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing client and agent inquiries, coordinating appointments, and attending showings or in-field appointments on behalf of our clients. This is a great opportunity for a licensed agent who enjoys the real estate industry but is looking for stable, part-time work without the pressure of building a book of business.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from agents and clients
• Coordinate showing appointments and update schedules in real-time
• Attend property showings or in-field appointments as needed
• Collaborate with virtual assistants and afternoon staff for smooth handoffs
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs
• Represent Show Agents with professionalism and punctuality

Qualifications

:

• Active real estate license in the state of Florida (required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Must be local and available Sunday - Thursday Preferred Experience:
• Experience with real estate scheduling tools or CRMs
• Prior work in operations, client service, or transaction coordination
