The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. * OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: * Maintaining builder relationships. * Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns. * Maintain all aspects of customer PO's. * Participate in local builder events to maintain and cultivate customer relationships. * Walk houses to ensure the customer is being provided a quality product. * Attend customer meetings. * Be aware of competition within your customers subdivisions. * Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete. * Locate and provide information on potential new builders.
