Position Summary We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a background in the moving industry to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the moving sales cycle, knows how to close high-value deals, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from potential customers seeking moving services * Evaluate customer needs and provide detailed, customized quotes based on move size, distance, and services requested * Close sales through effective communication, clear service explanations, and relationship-building * Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activity efficiently * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently * Upsell additional services such as packing, storage, and insurance * Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery * Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term customer relationships Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in moving sales is required * Proven ability to close deals in the moving, relocation, or transportation industry * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Familiarity with CRM tools and quoting software (e.g., Moving CRM, SmartMoving, etc.) * Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-up habits * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required * High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure * Performance bonuses and growth opportunities * Supportive and energetic sales team environment * Access to industry-standard tools and ongoing training Why Join Midland Van Lines?
