Position Summary

We are actively seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a background in the moving industry to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the moving sales cycle, knows how to close high-value deals, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from potential customers seeking moving services
• Evaluate customer needs and provide detailed, customized quotes based on move size, distance, and services requested
• Close sales through effective communication, clear service explanations, and relationship-building
• Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activity efficiently
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
• Upsell additional services such as packing, storage, and insurance
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery
• Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in moving sales is required
• Proven ability to close deals in the moving, relocation, or transportation industry
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and quoting software (e.g., Moving CRM, SmartMoving, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-up habits
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus
