Here is what it takes to be successful: * To quality you must be in possession of a NY Real Estate License * Willing to commit to full time employment * Commute to our Forest Hills, NY office daily * Ability to conducted showings in the NY Metropolitan area (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and Manhattan) * Demonstrate energetic demeanor and self-motivated work ethic * Possess entrepreneurial mindset to foster problem-solving * Comfortable meeting new people and networking to develop a client base This position is commission based and responsibilities include: * Sale of co-ops, condos, single and multifamily properties * Commercial and residential property rentals * Effectively structuring and negotiate transactions for bundled sales packages * Develop a clientele to grow our current database (bonus compensation will be offered) through various network events Who are we?
