Director of Sales Ops BlytzPay is a rapidly-growing collections management platform designed to speed up payments and enhance customer engagement. We help automotive dealers and lenders build stronger, more durable relationships with their customers through efficient, tech-driven solutions. Our platform accelerates payment cycles and drives deeper engagement, ultimately making the entire collections process smoother and more effective. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales Ops with a strong background in operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will help organize, streamline, and track the efforts of our three-person sales team, working collaboratively to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations and ensuring the alignment of sales activities with BlytzPay's goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive consistent performance and goal achievement. * Develop and implement efficient processes for lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer engagement, ensuring that opportunities are nurtured and followed through to closure. * Organize and execute webinars and other initiatives to attract new customers. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective campaigns and communication strategies that align with sales objectives. * Track sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies. * Oversee CRM usage, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for efficient reporting and follow-up. * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team. * Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to ensure BlytzPay remains competitive in the market. * Help us hire a BDR and any future roles on the sales team. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in sales operations or leadership--prior payments experience is a plus, but not a requirement. * Strong understanding of sales processes, lead nurturing, CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), and sales reporting. * Extremely tech-savvy, with demonstrated SaaS experience. * Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, ensuring alignment and achievement of objectives. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external customers. * A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and customer success.
