Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join us in Southeastern Michigan. Position Overview: As a Sales Representative for NorthGate Construction, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling our range of exterior home improvement products and services, including siding, gutters, roofing, windows, and decks. This is a commission-only position, offering the potential for high earnings based on performance. You will work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, present product solutions, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect for New Clients : Identify and reach out to potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and community events. * Conduct In-Home Consultations : Meet with homeowners to assess their needs, explain product options, and provide customized quotes for siding, gutters, roofing, windows, and decks. * Close Sales : Present proposals, overcome objections, and negotiate terms to secure sales contracts. * Follow-Up on Leads : Manage a pipeline of leads, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software. * Represent the Company Professionally : Serve as the face of NorthGate Construction, maintaining a positive image and delivering exceptional customer service. * Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions to better serve customers. Requirements: * Proven Sales Experience : Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. * Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, and stay motivated in a commission-only environment. * Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Customer-Focused : A passion for providing outstanding customer service and understanding the unique needs of homeowners. * Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: Must be able to travel to appointments throughout Southeastern Michigan.
