Account Manager - Sales and Recruiting Direct Hire Clearwater, FL We are hiring a top talented Sales and Recruiting Account Manager. This is a Direct Hire opportunity to join the TempExperts family in Clearwater, FL. This is an in office position. ABOUT THE COMPANY: TempExperts is a growing, full-service staffing firm with clients in 7 U.S. states. We specialize in Professional Office (admin, customer service), Finance & Accounting, IT, Legal, and Light Industrial (LI) staffing. Join our Clearwater team today! * The Account Manager position is a full-desk model (client account management and candidate recruiting). * Salary + Commission + Bonus compensation plan. No ceiling on earning potential. * We offer full benefits (Medical, Dental, Life, PTO). REQUIREMENTS: * 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or management experience. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a demanding environment. * Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Exceptional consulting and client relationship management skills with strengths in successful conflict resolution. * High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email required. SELECT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct client/candidate searches via networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc. * Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates. * Schedule interviews between internal customers and candidates as appropriate. * Prepare candidates for job interviews. * Conduct candidate interviews. * Practice active relationship-building with candidates and clients. * Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews. * Present job offers and negotiate, as necessary. * Contribute to the development and consistent execution of staffing best practices. * Support business goals by meeting/exceeding individual and team total gross margin goals. * Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates.
