Inside Sales Representative Company: Workforce Management Location: Doral, FL Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $50,000 per year Overview: Workforce Management, a leading provider of workforce solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with aviation experience to help drive business growth and expand our client base. This role is essential for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions via calls, emails, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business. * Handle calls, emails, and data entry, providing clients with staffing solutions and related information. * Follow up on quotes, leads, and job orders to ensure successful sales outcomes. * Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure timely delivery of staffing services. * Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall company goals. Skills & Qualifications: * 1-2 years of inside sales or telesales experience, with required aviation industry experience. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. * Must pass a drug screen and background check.
