Job Description Kroll Construction is a well established family owned and operated home improvement/renovation company that was founded in 1961. We are looking to add experienced Storm Restoration sales reps team! As a Roofing Restoration Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business for yourself. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with property owners, assessing roofing damage, and presenting tailored solutions to address their restoration needs. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales- roofing/ restoration industry * Strong understanding of roofing systems, and insurance process * Self- motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential roofing * Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients roofing needs * Assist and address any questions or concerns for the homeowner in regards to the insurance claim/roofing process * Fully execute contracts and documents with the homeowner * Effectively communication with the office staff to ensure a seamless process for the client * Attend adjuster appointments for/with your potential client * Build rapport with client and adjuster Additional Benefits: * In-house Xactimate writer * Dedicated support staff that handles most insurance follow-up, supplementing, final invoicing, installation coordination, ect.
