Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them with their needs, and promoting our products effectively.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Supervise junior staff members as required, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and inventory counts.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
