You are adept at building relationships with Guests using in-person communication at the dealership, as well as multiple online channels including website chat and email inquiry, phone conversations, texting and Social Media. You embrace training & new learning to excel at product knowledge about the brands and vehicles we sellplus competitive makes and modelsand effectively overcome Guest objections throughout the sales journey. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with guests to identify their vehicle needs and preferences. * Showcase our extensive inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, providing detailed information on features and benefits. * Conduct test drives and assist guests in making informed purchasing decisions. * Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. * Collaborate with our service drive vehicle exchange team and finance departments to facilitate guest transactions and enhance satisfaction. * Build and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * Guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Excellent negotiation and closing skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
