Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building relationships within the community, promoting our services, and driving engagement. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in sales and outreach, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing connections with local organizations, businesses, and residents to enhance our visibility and foster partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community stakeholders.
• Conduct cold calling to potential partners and clients to introduce our services.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for territory sales.
• Attend community events and networking functions to promote our organization.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads generated through outreach efforts.
• Provide feedback from the community to help shape future initiatives and programs. Experience
• Proven experience in sales, and senior care environments.
• Strong background in inside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
