We are a leading retailer in our industry offering a wide range of products through our catalog and ecommerce platforms. Location: Weymouth, MA Job Summary: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE The Inside Sales Role will focus on new customer acquisition, increasing sales of "under-developed" existing customers, and reactivation of lapsed customers. This position involves cold-calling new potential clients and contacting existing and lapsed customers. Provide prospective and existing customers with information on all services and products offered, and create presentations as needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. Please note - Customers include social service workers in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, guardians, fiduciaries and home care agencies. KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation and Qualification: Researching potential leads from Internal Customer Contact Lists, business directories, web searches, and digital resources Customer Cold-Calling and Engagement: Call/Contact leads, Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and address their questions and concerns. Sales Process: Present product and services information, Company features and benefits, and guide customers through the sales process to obtain orders. Order Processing: Close sales, process customer orders, manage inquiries, and work with Customer Service Team and Warehouse Team through order processing. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases (using CRM tool), track sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall sales goals. Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the Company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate with customers. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, customer service team members, and other departments. Administrative Tasks: Manage daily tasks and workflows related to customer contacts/outreach, follow up, order processing, and fulfilling customer needs and driving customer satisfaction. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent customer service * Clear communication and active listening * Ability to process information well * People oriented and experienced in rapport building * Ability to sell and promote * Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. * Ability use CRM and Order Management Systems * Excellent time management EXPERIENCE and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Required: * 2+ years of experience in a sales position, * 2+ years of previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience (preferably in Health Related or Senior Care Related business) * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred Preferred: * Previous work with guardianships and fiduciaries, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, or in health-related industry. * Previous work in customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
