Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while promoting and demonstrating our products in a retail environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to your success in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchasing decisions. * Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels in the grocery store setting. * Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions and returns. * Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations, ensuring accurate pricing and discounts. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation standards. * Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Requirements * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with grocery store operations, including stocking and inventory management. * Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and performing retail math tasks. * Experience with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective customer interactions. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential traits for success in this role.
