Full description of the position

This is a full-time, commission-based sales position focused on building strong relationships with auto dealerships and commercial vehicle customers throughout the Tulsa metro area. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to generate sales growth. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Develop new business by calling on auto dealerships and commercial clients * Maintain and grow relationships with assigned house accounts (paid at a reduced commission rate) * Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and report progress to leadership * Educate customers on products, services, and promotions * Schedule and attend regular meetings and site visits with clients * Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery * Accurately track client activity and sales metrics (CRM implementation coming soon) * Represent the company professionally in the community Qualifications: * Prior experience in the automotive industry is required (dealership or vendor side preferred) * Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay self-motivated About Company Celebrating 27 years of excellence, Kenny's Auto Accessories & Collision Center is the leading authority in automotive upgrades and collision repair across Northeastern Oklahoma and beyond.
