McIntosh Communications is seeking highly motivated and energetic Sales Account Managers to join our team! This position has UNLIMITED earning potential and opportunity in an environment that supports growth and excellence. As a McIntosh Account Manager, you will have the general responsibility of pursuing new business opportunities while also overseeing equipment needs for existing customers. We have a multi-department, One-Stop Shop that includes an advanced and knowledgeable technical department. This department not only serves the community and our client base but offers limitless support and ensures your success within the company. Responsibilities Include: * The ability to build new business and grow existing business and customer relationships. * Aggressively prospect and qualify potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives and attending appropriate industry events defined by sales management. * Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis * Uphold McIntosh values and business ethics and have the commitment to company vision, mission and values. Work closely with internal and external departments to develop new sales opportunities, establish and maintain effective relationships with outside vendors, ensure customer care, etc. * Work closely with company management by offering timely communication, sales forecasts and reporting, and strategic direction. * Learn new product offerings and effectively communicate with potential new and existing customers. * Attend customer specific meetings, conferences, and technology forums, as directed by the sales team. * Learn and understand the process of Purchase Ordering Processes, Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and or sealed bids. * Maintain an orderly workspace to ensure timely processing time for the customer Qualifications & Skills: * 2+ years' experience in a sales position. Preferably involving telecom/wireless. * Thrives in a competitive team-oriented environment. * Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills. * Professional, friendly, and positive disposition. * Proficient in time management, must have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. * Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. * We will be processing a background check.
