Our expanding Cosmetic Surgery Practice seeks a highly motivated, sales-driven Outbound Caller / Sales Representative. This commission-focused role includes a guaranteed draw and involves generating qualified leads for our Patient Advisors through proactive outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients, scheduling consultations as high-quality sales leads.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to maximize reach and conversion.
• Communicate with prospective patients across phone, text, IM, and email, acting as a professional representative of IMAGELIFT.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of IMAGELIFT's products and services to qualify leads and identify patient needs.
• Document contacts and follow-ups per company policy, ensuring timely follow-up and lead progression.
• Demonstrate strong sales acumen, ask for appointments, and upsell relevant services to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Function as an effective sales team member while supporting the efforts of other departments and IMAGELIFT as a whole.
• Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.

• Perform other duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
