Responsibilities

:

• Outbound calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services we offer.
• Schedule meetings with prospective inbound clients to discuss their financial needs and goals.
• Collect pertinent client information for superiors to match with our products that align with client needs.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly.
• Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but NOT required
• Past sales experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft, CRMs, and calling systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
