Sales Executive - B2B Sales Location: Fremont, California Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience) Company: Fastest Labs - California, Manteca Company Overview: Fastest Labs is a premier provider of drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services, delivering fast, reliable, and accurate results to businesses and organizations nationwide. We are expanding our reach in Fremont, California, and are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B sales presence. Key Responsibilities: -Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including employers, healthcare providers, and corporate partners. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. -Conduct outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, and in-person meetings) to promote Fastest Labs' services. -Present and articulate the benefits of drug, alcohol, and DNA testing solutions to potential clients. -Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and sales execution. -Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client service. -Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. -Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Requirements: -1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in healthcare, laboratory, or service-based industries). -Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Ability to independently generate leads and close sales. -Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Fremont area for client meetings.
