Responsibilities: * Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service * Greet customers as they enter the facility * Inform customers of promotions available to them * Provide information to customers about the company's product and services * Assist customers in selecting the products and services to best meet their needs * Manage customer information using a computer database system * Address customers' questions and concerns both in person and via phone or email * Place orders using a computer database system * Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents * Count and stock merchandise * Pick orders and pack them so that they are prepared for shipping Required Qualifications: * Ability to work well as part of a team * Customer service orientation * Good verbal and written communication skills * Computer proficiency * Attention to detail * A willingness to learn * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs on a regular basis * Must be able to pass a background and drug test Preferred Qualifications: * Previous customer service experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
