Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our outside sales team. In this management role, you will oversee a group of motivated sales representatives , support their growth, and drive performance across your market. This opportunity is ideal for a manager who understands how to lead from the front, develop talent, and build strong, accountable teams. Experience in sales and leadership is essential, and a background in solar or door- to-door sales is highly preferred.
