Marketing Representative Job description: Always Home Care is looking for a field sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Duties

for this position include, but are not limited to: - Going out in the field everyday - Leaving our flyers at different establishments such as restaurants, laundromats, and supermarkets. - Stand outside the establishment giving out flyers to passerby, speaking to them about our classes such as duration, schedules, requirements, start dates and costs. - Assist answering the phones daily and educate and inform the following prospects: - Walk-ins seeking more information. - Those that sent a website entry requesting to learn more about a particular class. - Those who reached out to us on social media (Facebook or Instagram) - Current branch home health aides who want to further their career. - Follow up weekly with previous callers -You will be responsible for recording company events, maintain social media up to date, visually appealing designs that effectively communicate. - Provide feedback on all field marketing events, such as job fairs or festivals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and its dynamics. You will need superb interpersonal skills. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred. Also, about 90% of our students are Hispanic so you will need to be bilingual (English/Spanish). Applicant should have a valid drivers license and car.
