Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident in their ability to close sales on the go. Responsibilities: Visit potential clients across New York City & surrounding areas to present and sell Hummingbird's product/service Identify new sales opportunities through cold visits, networking, and referrals Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Provide feedback from the field to improve our offerings and strategies Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on goals Requirements: Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with NYC streets and neighborhoods is a plus High school diploma required; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Mileage reimbursement Experience: * Outdoor Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
