About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, independent sales rep to take ownership of the Manhattan territory. This is a 1099 contract role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys working with grooming professionals and/or commercial hair removal devices and can confidently introduce new technology into barbershop environments. If you already sell barber equipment, men's grooming tools, or med/aesthetic devices this will feel like a perfect add-on. We also welcome experienced medical device reps ready to tap into the booming men's grooming industry. What You 'll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with barbershop owners, grooming studios, and regional suppliers
• Conduct in-person product walk-throughs and high-level LED device demos
• Educate prospects on treatment value, pricing strategies, and service integration
• Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, digital campaigns, and inbound inquiries
• Close unit sales, leases, or rental agreements (single-chair to multi-location)
• Collaborate with our training team to onboard new customers post-sale What We 're Looking For
• Prior experience selling in barbering, grooming, or professional device categories
• OR background in medical/aesthetic device sales with strong demo skills
• Ability to manage your time, follow up with intent, and close on value
• Comfort demoing tech and explaining service ROI to small business owners
• Local knowledge of Manhattan barbershop culture a big plus
• This is a field-driven role, you should enjoy getting in front of people

Compensation

• Commission-only (1099)
• High commission , top reps can exceed $100K
