Salary: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Licensing Assistance Team Building Activities * Responsibilities Add new clients to our agency through calls, and online lead programs Determine insurance needs of new clientele and assist in sign-up process Adjust customer policies as needed or requested Assist in planning occasional events or projects Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to interact positively with clients and coworkers Desire to help others and provide great service High School Diploma Must have insurance license or be willing to get licensed. (Licensing is fulfilled by passing a state test. All study materials will be provided and must be completed within 30 days of hire. Licensing test will be reimbursed by our agency)
