The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Provide product knowledge and information to customers * Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise * Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor * Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately * Meet or exceed sales goals and targets * Participate in team meetings and training sessions * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Basic math and computer skills * Ability to stand for extended periods of time * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about working with clients and have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
