Rick Case Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts Sales Team (Markets). This position requires an individual with excellent customer service and sales skills. As the Parts Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with current and prospective customers, achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the automotive industry. * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to effectively promote and sell wholesale parts. * Analyze and capitalize on new business opportunities by staying informed about market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. * Achieve sales performance goals and contribute to the growth of the company. * Utilize purchasing reports such as Wholesale Parts Report, After-Sales reports, Parts Inventory Metrics Rollup to increase sales profit. * Liaise with local market management to ensure the highest level of customer service to wholesale customers. * Utilize customer service skills to address customer concerns in a timely fashion Requirements: * Proven experience in parts outside sales * Strong customer service and sales skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to close sales and negotiate with clients * Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, tracking activities, and generating performance reports. * Strong organizational and communication ability * Knowledge and understanding of auto industry products and procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * No nights Experience: * Wholesale parts: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Davie, FL 33331 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: On the road
