Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Retirement Plan Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off * Responsibilities* * The Personal Lines Account Manager will perform the essential duties of assisting producers in servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement. * The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position. * The individual who fills this position is the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company. * Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Requirements * Proven insurance Account Management and independent P&C insurance brokerage required. * Must have an active P&C insurance license. * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable. * Confident, self-starter who works well independently. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
