About the Role

: As an Inbound Licensed ACA Insurance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking ACA health coverage. You'll leverage your expertise to guide them through their options, build meaningful relationships, and provide tailored coverage that meets their unique needs. All leads are inbound--no cold calling.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with inbound leads to identify customer needs and recommend the best ACA insurance products
• Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring compliance and understanding
• Build long-term client relationships and provide post-sale support
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and share best practices
• Stay up to date on ACA regulations and industry changes
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements

:

• Active Florida 215 or 240 License (Required)
• GA Insurance Certificate (Preferred)
• 2025 FFM Certification (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of ACA sales experience
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy with CRM and virtual tools
