Now Hiring: Sales Manager - Private Lending (Book of Business Required) Location: Queens, NY (On-site) | Full-Time | Private Lending Financial Services About Us: We're a fast-growing private lending firm specializing in asset-based financing solutions for real estate investors, developers, and business owners. As we expand nationwide, we're looking for a Sales Manager with deep knowledge of private lending and a personal portfolio of clients (book of business) ready to leverage proven lending solutions. Position Summary: As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by nurturing your existing client base while identifying new lending opportunities. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong network of real estate investors, brokers, or business owners seeking creative capital. Key Responsibilities: * Leverage your book of business to generate immediate and recurring deal flow * Identify and structure asset-based lending opportunities (bridge loans, fix-and-flip, DSCR, hard money, etc.) * Manage relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners * Work closely with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to close deals efficiently * Monitor pipeline activity and report on sales performance * Attend industry events, networking groups, and trade shows to expand reach * Provide insight and feedback to improve loan products and borrower experience Required Qualifications: Proven experience in private lending, real estate finance, or asset-based lending Active book of business and existing client relationships (required) Strong understanding of loan structuring, LTV, risk evaluation, and real estate fundamentals Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred What We Offer: * Competitive base salary (100,000 - 130,000) + aggressive commissions and performance bonuses * Office space in Queens & Manhattan * Ongoing support with marketing, underwriting, and deal processing * Growth opportunities in leadership and territory expansion * A tight-knit, high-performance team that values integrity and results Let 's Grow Together: If you're ready to take your network and lending expertise to the next level with a firm that actually closes deals--you belong here.
