As we expand nationwide, we're looking for a Sales Manager with deep knowledge of private lending and a personal portfolio of clients (book of business) ready to leverage proven lending solutions.
Position Summary
: As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by nurturing your existing client base while identifying new lending opportunities. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong network of real estate investors, brokers, or business owners seeking creative capital.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Leverage your book of business to generate immediate and recurring deal flow
- Identify and structure asset-based lending opportunities (bridge loans, fix-and-flip, DSCR, hard money, etc.)
- Manage relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners
- Work closely with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to close deals efficiently
- Monitor pipeline activity and report on sales performance
- Attend industry events, networking groups, and trade shows to expand reach
- Provide insight and feedback to improve loan products and borrower experience
Required Qualifications
: Proven experience in private lending, real estate finance, or asset-based lending Active book of business and existing client relationships (required) Strong understanding of loan structuring, LTV, risk evaluation, and real estate fundamentals Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred What We Offer:
