Key Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests and members. * Confidently communicate membership options, sales promotions, and service details. * Book, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently to maximize daily capacity. * Greet clients warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out. * Stay knowledgeable about all products and services to make informed recommendations. * Support daily operations and execute tasks assigned by management. * Maintain accurate and organized client records. * Ensure the front desk and spa common areas meet cleanliness and organization standards. * Work closely with service providers to maintain a smooth, efficient schedule. * Handle data entry and other administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales ; membership-based sales is highly preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment. * A fast learner with a consistently positive, professional demeanor. * Comfortable using booking software or POS systems (training provided). * A reliable team player who can also work independently. * Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively. * Consistent punctuality and reliable transportation are a must. * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
