Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Rumi-Life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Store location is 110 Greenwich Street. Available Hours 9:45am - 9:15pm / 9:45am - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 9:15pm / 12:00pm - 6:00pm Duties * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Familiarity with cash registers and retail math is advantageous. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Must be proficient in English, able to count in USD.
