Overview: Rapidly expanding commercial services company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Success and Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in converting inbound leads into satisfied customers by effectively communicating our services, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales to drive business growth. Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to inbound leads (calls / emails) who have expressed interest in our cleaning and restoration services. * Engage prospective customers via phone calls to understand their needs and provide comprehensive information about our service offerings. * Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians for residential and commercial cleaning services, ensuring availability and accuracy. * Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage changes to ensure minimal disruption to client service. * Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and service details to potential customers. * Guide customers through the quotation process, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications. * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after service appointments. * Follow up with clients to ensure that all services were completed to their satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
