Regional Sales Manager - Hospitality Industry Must reside in Ohio | Travel-Based Role | Full-Time | Sales + Project Leadership --- Do you thrive on building strong relationships, love being on the road, want to be part of an industry that designs incredible hospitality spaces? At Hospitality Furnishings & Design (HFD), we specialize in transforming hotel interiors across the U.S. through award-winning design, turnkey FF&E procurement, and seamless project management. We are looking for a Territory Development Director to drive growth in Ohio and Michigan and be the face of HFD on the ground. The right person will be highly motivated by high earnings, have an entrepreneurial spirit and likes to travel. --- What You 'll Do: Manage our Ohio & Michigan territory * Generate and qualify leads from our data sources, visit clients, and build strong pipelines * Periodically attend trade shows and out of state meetings * Deliver high-impact presentations to hotel decision-makers * Consult, guide & maintain relationships with multiple key decision makers and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle within the assigned territory * Develop, deliver and execute proven company sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals * Conduct regular site visits (min. 4 per project) to ensure everything runs smoothly * Provide in-person quote presentations and serve as a trusted resource for any follow-up clarification * Collaborate cross-functionally with HFD's design, procurement, and project teams * Develop new relationships and continue to grow sales within the assigned * territory and get highly rewarded for doing it successfully * Maintain existing business * Track your progress using our in-house cloud tools * Close deals, see them through--and get highly rewarded for doing both Why this Role is Unique: Your lucrative commission is tied to your hands-on involvement from first call to final install.
