Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for putting together quotes, meeting with clients and offering support to office administration.

Duties

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to greet clients and respond to inquiries. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, performing data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. - Provide exceptional administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing client files and information. - May assist with billing and accounts payable using QuickBooks. - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Experience - Previous experience in an administrative or office setting is preferred. - Proficiency in QuickBooks or Moraware is essential. - Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and computerized systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
