Summary As a Sales Specialist at DeConna Ice Cream, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our market presence across Southwest Florida. This role is essential in fostering relationships with clients and ensuring that our exceptional ice cream products reach a wider audience. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Call Sales Specialist to join our team. This position will require travel to cities in Southwest Florida and provide great customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will live in those areas. We will provide a company car and fuel card. Experience in customer service is a plus! We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission. We also provide solid training to prepare you to succeed, ongoing training as needed, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth. DeConna is a drug free work environment, a drug test will be required, as well as a background and MVR check. As a DeConna Sales Specialist, you will be cross trained * As a Cold Call Specialist, you will be seeking to sign up new accounts * Driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities * As a Cold Call Route Sales Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and seek to provide the right selection of products to maximize their sales. * You will be trained to operate as a backup presales associate. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation * Interact with potential customers covering our quality products, excellent customer service and solid profits from their ice cream sales * Fill-in as backup presale when necessary.
