Job Summary

Upper East Renovations is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Business Development Representative to help grow our network, enhance our online presence, and support our day-to-day operations. This is a flexible, hourly position that offers a mix of business development, marketing, and administrative responsibilities--ideal for someone interested in real estate, design, or home renovation.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Reach out to real estate agents, brokers, architects, and other potential referral partners
• Schedule and attend meetings to introduce our services
• Maintain relationships and follow up regularly with contacts
• Track outreach and organize communications Marketing & Social Media
• Manage and post to company Instagram and Facebook pages
• Create engaging content using photos from job sites and past projects
• Help list the company on Google, Yelp, Houzz, and other directories
• Assist with basic digital marketing efforts to grow brand awareness Administrative & Project Support
• Schedule site visits and manage client inquiries
• Prepare and send project estimates
• Help manage project timelines and ensure communication is clear with clients
• Support the founder and operations team with various day-to-day tasks

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable making outreach calls and pitching services
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook)
• Interest in real estate, home design, or renovations is a plus
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, admin, or customer service is a bonus
