Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Semi-Trailer sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our Trailer/Transport solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various channels. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our technology solutions. * Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales. * Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful customer engagement. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. * Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce, Monday for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Familiar with the Financing process and credit applications. * Social media experience is a plus (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) * Spanish is a plus.
